Whether a used car is considered high mileage or not depends largely on the year to mileage ratio. Take a five-year-old used vehicle with 100,000 kilometers (or just over 62,000 miles). That works out to 20,000 km per year on average, so not too bad.

Nearly all auto service facilities, from chain repair shops to dealerships to independent garages, offer some type of pre purchase inspection at a cost that generally ranges from $100 to $200

The average cost of a pre purchase car inspection is $75-$140 when you book through Air tasker. The price may vary depending on how urgently you need the inspection, the car's make and model, the age of the vehicle, and where it's located.
