i change my head gasket nd valve cover gasket rebuild my engine but it still over heats ???
In many cars, yes. In a few cars, it's difficult or impossible as things get in the way. The Caddilac Northstar engine is notorious for this. Not only is it prone to needing head jobs, you have to follow about 100 pages of instructions in the service manual to remove the engine.
Valve covers leaking is only going to cover the engine in oil. As long as you have enough oil, its not an issue. The overheating sounds like a pinhole leak, or the radiator is partially clogged.If you can, pull over when it gets hot and see if you can see any pinhole leaks spraying.

Another fairly good way to tell if the headgaskets have been replaced: take a look at the "shiny/cleanliness" pf the machine surface of the head, what you can see. If it is clean and shiny and free of any oil grime, but the block is greay grimy next to it, then that had has been regasketed likely.
